• No Marketing Use: We strictly do not use your personal data, contact details, or Kundali information for any marketing, retargeting, or advertising purposes.

3. Payment Policy

We do not collect payments directly through an automated payment gateway on this website. All payment and bank details (such as UPI or Bank Transfer information) are provided securely to you via WhatsApp once your Pooja booking and dates are confirmed with our Acharyas.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms for Pooja bookings are as follows:

• Cancellation by Client: If you (the client) cancel the booking for any reason, the advance booking amount paid will be strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Ujjain Pujan: In the rare event that an issue arises from our end and we are unable to perform the scheduled Pooja, we will provide a full refund of your advance booking amount.

5. Data Protection and Sharing

Your trust is sacred to us. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal and astrological information from unauthorized access.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared with our authorized Acharyas (Pandits) who perform the rituals on your behalf. We may only disclose your information if required to do so by law.
